Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Most of you know that Brussels Sprouts are one of my favorite foods of all time. They are so filling, dense, nutritious and inexpensive. They are also anti-cancer and so nutritious that I suggest you eat them at least three times a week. I buy about 5 lbs of Brussels every week, actually.

Here is one of my super easy ways of preparing them.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 lbs brussels
  • 3 or more cloves garlic, minced
  • Pink salt, pepper, garlic powder (optional)
  • Olive oil

METHOD

Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Take a roasting tray and set it aside. Chop ends of the Brussels sprouts and chop each one in half, peel off outer layer. Toss with olive oil, dash of pink salt, black pepper and garlic powder (optional to use if not using fresh garlic). Roast for about 25-30 minutes until crisp. Eat as many as you want!
