Y’all these are my absolute fav treat to make when I need something “sweet” except not BAD for my body! These are also so easy and require absolutely no cooking or baking. Just grab a large bowl and a spoon and the following ingredients, mix ’em up and stick ’em in the fridge and enjoy after 2 hours of cooling.

- 1.5 cups almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 heaping scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips OR cacao nibs (you can find these at Target, too)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp pink salt
Mix all ingredients together, except the chocolate chips, in a large bowl. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Form into 16-20 balls and place on a plate or any large Tupperware container and put in fridge for 2 hours before eating. Enjoy!
